4th University of California Chemical Symposium 


The 4th Annual UCCS will be taking place

March 24th - 27th 2019

The 2019 UCCS has been extended by one full day to ensure more time for sharing of science, additional networking and development opportunities, and time to bond with new and old friends. Based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews of the venue's lodging, meals and hospitality, the 2019 meeting will be held at the same location:

Step 1: Submit Your Abstract for Approval

Abstract submission will be open on October 4th, 2019 and continue on a rolling basis until all spots are filled up until December 14th, 2019.  Submit your abstract of approximately 250 words using the form below. While the UC Chemical Symposium aims to be inclusive, we will be accepting abstracts only from graduate students and post-docs. 


Step 2: Registration & Fee Payment

Once your abstract is approved, you will receive a link for registration, where you will also pay your fees. The fee is subsidized through fundraising to make it as affordable as possible . The fee for 2019 will be $359.00 for UC graduate students and postdoctoral researchers and the fee for all other attendees will be $780; the fee covers all program activities, meals, accommodations and special commemorative gifts.
