We're happy for your interest in participating. Outlined below are the steps to take along with information on deadlines, fees, transportation, and other important information.

Step 1: Submit Your Abstract for Approval

Abstract submission will now be open on a rolling basis for POSTER presentations only.  Submit your abstract of approximately 250 words using the form below. While the UC Chemical Symposium aims to be inclusive, we will be accepting abstracts only from graduate students and post-docs. 


Step 2: Registration & Fee Payment

Once your abstract is approved, you will receive a link for registration, where you will also pay your fees. The fee is subsidized through fundraising to make it as affordable as possible . The fee for 2018 is $259.00 and covers all program activities, meals, and accommodations and new for this year, a special commemorative gift.

Step 3: Secure Transportation & Attend

Based on feedback from attendees of previous meetings, the 2018 UCCS meeting will trial transportation coordination to ensure that participants from all the UC campuses are able to attend.
